Judy Hurlock
Judy Hurlock spent nearly 25 year in Exuma in hospitality before entering real estate, urged to do so by associates and friends because she always seemed to know the market – where a beachfront lot was for sale at a fair price, who had just put a home up for rent -- and she willingly and freely shared her information.

Driven by a natural inclination to put people together with homes, condos, investment property and encouraged by others to follow that instinct, Judy obtained her Real Estate Licence and joined Bahamas Realty, opening the Exuma office of one of the nation’s oldest and most respected firms.

Now a real estate Broker licensed by the Bahamas Government and the Bahamas Real Estate Association, Judy is widely considered the number one expert on the hottest market in The (Out) Islands of The Bahamas – The Exumas. And through Dillycrab Realty, she continues to represent Bahamas Realty, delivering access to choice properties. She is one of the most respected and trusted real estate brokers in The Bahamas.


Bill Hurlock
Bill Hurlock has more than 45 years experience developing, selling and marketing upscale residential resort communities in The Bahamas, the United Kingdom, the United States, Spain, Switzerland, Italy and Brazil. His long association with the real estate industry in The Bahamas began in 1963 with Previews International in Freeport, Grand Bahama and London, England.

Later he became Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing for The Grand Bahama Development Co. Over the following decades, Bill served as either president or vice president of some of the most substantial resort communities created in The Bahamas, including Great Harbour Cay in the Berry Islands and the yachting, golf and tennis resort community of Treasure Cay, Abaco.

In 1985, he founded the Geneva and London-based United Sales Associates Limited, a real estate development, sales and marketing company which remains very active today. Although he lends nearly a half century of marketing expertise to Dillycrab Realty, Hurlock is not a Bahamian citizen and does not act in a sales capacity either as a listing, sales or leasing agent.
